One&Only’s highly anticipated debut resort in Greece is situated in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Glyfada, ensconced within a serene 21-hectare beach and forest reserve.

Overlooking the sapphire waters of the Aegean Sea, One&Only Aesthesis evokes the essence of a private island, just 30 minutes from the ancient marvels of Athens. The glittering coastal hideaway recalls the 60’s vibrant Hollywood Grecian era, that Glyfada is most known for.

A rich culinary journey awaits at One&Only Aesthesis, as the resort leads the revival of Glyfada as one of Greece’s most cosmopolitan dining and lifestyle destinations. A crown jewel of the dining scene at the resort is Manko, a captivating day-to-night destination poised to shine in Glyfada’s beach scene. With a private pool, three vibrant bars, and the allure of beachfront dining, guests can relish Peruvian-inspired cuisine while taking in the breathtaking coastal views.

The resort’s Executive Chef, Frederic Le Gac, has collaborated with acclaimed one-MICHELIN-star Greek-Italian Chef Ettore Botrini for the resort menus, who brings his enigmatic Mediterranean cuisine to Ora by Ettore Botrini. Adding further culinary star power to the resort opening is an exclusive pop-up by acclaimed two-MICHELIN-star Spanish chef Paco Morales. Celebrating Greece’s culinary heritage and native ingredients, Alelia bar is a tribute to the nation’s rich olive tradition, serving masterfully crafted cocktails infused with olives, herbs and citrus. Overlooking the Aesthesis pool Minima promises relaxed all-day drinking and light bites. As the sun sets, the resort’s vibrancy comes alive at the elegant Thimisi. Offering handcrafted cocktails and fine wines, this sophisticated bar provides the perfect backdrop for casual evenings or lively social gatherings with friends.
