Lunch with Catalan Tourism
Spain’s Catalan region will be providing a taste of the region at an exclusive media lunch event today, hosted by Catalan Tourist Board
The lunch will feature top Australian chef Jordan Toft, currently in the kitchen at Merivale’s Coogee Pavilion and Bert’s Newport. Jordan will perform a live cooking demonstration and tasting of traditional Catalan thyme soup, followed by a full lunch of savoury and sweet classics. A Q&A session will follow, giving insights into Jordan’s recent travels and culinary adventures in Catalonia.
