Paramount House Hotel

Just three months after it opened, the effortlessly stylish Paramount House Hotel was named Australian Hotel of the Year in the prestigious Gourmet Traveller Australian Hotel Awards. The 29-room boutique hotel sits inside the former Paramount Pictures Studios in Sydney’s Surry Hills, part of an innovative hub of restaurants, cafes, a wellness centre and coworking space.

In July this year, the hotel began a room service partnership with wine bar Poly, which sits in the same building, and is the sister venue of acclaimed restaurant Ester. Guests can now choose from an in-house menu which is a subset of the wine bar’s full modern Australian fare. Dishes include freshly shucked oysters, gourmet sandwiches and decadent sticky date donuts for dessert. Located on the ground floor of Paramount House, and with a constantly evolving menu, guests are also welcome to dine in and choose from an impressive selection of wines.

For breakfast and lunch, guests can now have the same experience from the hotel’s sister business, Paramount Coffee Project. The award winning cafe serves up unique food and quality coffee.
