A keen adventurer, Mike Harlow has always had a passion for travel, clocking in 23 countries and 8 ski resorts by the time he was 22. With a decade of experience in the luxury travel industry, he currently heads the Scott Dunn Asia office as General Manager, where he designs and develops strategies for business growth and manages the day-to-day operations of the Asia team, ensuring that every team member puts Scott Dunn's guests at the heart of what they do. Mike continues to grow and oversee Scott Dunn's Asia business across Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider Southeast Asia and Australasia markets. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding and strengthening the company’s footprint in this region of the world.

An arts and photography enthusiast, Mike began his decade-long career with Scott Dunn in 2011 as a Senior Travel consultant and rose through the ranks, establishing his network of luxury partners across Ski & Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Africa. Mike moved to Singapore in April 2019 as Head of Sales and Service, bringing his knowledge of business management and experience in building and managing successful sales teams in the UK. Prior to Scott Dunn, Mike held high-end hospitality and service roles in both Val D'Isere, France and Oxfordshire, UK.

Now based in Singapore for nearly five years, Mike is making the most of Singapore’s central location to new travel destinations from the Southeast Asian hub, and has since travelled extensively to countries that include Japan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand and New Zealand — where his wife is from — to enjoy the great outdoors. While in Singapore, he enjoys hosting barbecue parties with friends and family, and jogging and cycling around the island. Mike also enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters, aged 6 months and 3 years old, and shares his passion for travel with them by taking them along on his adventures both locally and abroad.
