Speaker: Monica Godfrey

Monica Godfrey is Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Cornerstone Learning & Development and has spent over 20 years in the travel industry across agency ownership, leadership, marketing, and product roles.

She is the former Managing Director of a successful travel business and has worked closely with travel agents and business owners across Australia, including through her time working with Magellan agents and broader industry networks.

Today, Monica focuses on the future of the industry: helping travel businesses adapt to change, build capability, and attract the next generation of talent through modern, practical, industry-led training. She is known for translating big, complex shifts, like AI and automation, into clear, practical insights that businesses can actually use.

Richard Taylor and Ann-Catherine Jones bring together a unique blend of perspectives to the microphone. Richard's background spans industry leadership, media, events and now recruitment, while Ann-Catherine is one of Australia's most respected luxury travel advisors, known for her passion for meaningful travel experiences and her commitment to helping clients travel with purpose and joy.

Both have spent years contributing to the industry through conversations, mentoring and community-building. Richard became widely known through the webinars and online gatherings that connected thousands of travel professionals during Covid, while Ann-Catherine has long been admired for generously sharing her knowledge and experience with advisors across the country. Their shared commitment to supporting the industry and elevating great conversations ultimately led to the creation of Offloaded.

Together, they continue to bring curiosity, insight and authenticity to conversations with some of the travel industry's most influential and interesting personalities.
