We learn their stories and secrets, and savour rare gastronomical jewels; Santorini Assyrtiko wine, Missolonghi bottarga, stuffed tomatoes and peppers, Chios island mastic, Peloponnese olive oil, Epirus mushrooms, Cretan greens, sun dried octopus… and these are just an entrée to whet your appetite.
