An Audience of the Highest Calibre

All buyers are required to meet strict qualification criteria to be eligible to attend Luxperience, including:

The buyer MUST be the purchasing authority or decision maker.

  • Established in the market and operating for a minimum of 12 months.
  • A focus on selling luxury experiential travel.
  • A proven reputation of service excellence for clients.
  • Anticipate booking with Luxperience suppliers within 12 months.
  • Actively seeking to source new products and experiences for
    high-end clients.

In addition, the buyer MUST provide the following:

  • Supplier references and proof of high client spend if
    requested, to further qualify application.
  • Evidence of potential for future business.
  • Supplier recommendations to Luxperience.
  • Premium events buyers must provide evidence of
    events booked in the past, as well as indicative
    budgets for forthcoming events.

Keeping the luxury community connected is at the heart of our event, by delivering you and our luxury suppliers an environment to explore new products and conduct business through our match-making technology. Our meetings and additional networking functions will provide you with introductions to highly qualified luxury suppliers from around the world, who have all been pre-qualified by our dedicated team - meaning every conversation you have, has business potential.

Luxperience Appointment System

Luxperience offers a combination of Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) and Self-Scheduled Appointments (SSA). Each appointment is 15 minutes in duration, with a 5-minute break in between. Your diary will also include breaks for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The preference selection and ranking process plays an important role in curating your personalised diary, determining who you will connect with at the event. Vacant appointment slots can be filled during the SSA period via your online diary portal.
