Noted industry professional to lead Luxperience to the next level

(Sydney, 05 September 2016) Luxperience is pleased to announce Chris Phillips is joining the team as director of sales and marketing.

Chris will play a vital role in taking Luxperience to the next level, ensuring partner, exhibitor and buyer engagement is maintained at the highest standard. His three decades of industry experience will enable him to oversee both the exhibitor and buyer recruitment as well as manage the Luxperience team in Australia and the international representatives.

 “We are looking forward to Chris joining our team and guiding the new structure,” says Luxperience founder Helen Logas.  “Taking the exhibitor and buyer responsibility under one director will streamline processes and ensure Luxperience remains a formidable and respected global travel trade event.

“We also wish to acknowledge the dedication and passion Eric Lewanavanua contributed to our team over the three years he was at Luxperience and we wish him well in his next endeavour.”

Chris’s recent endeavours included senior roles at Travelport, Jetset Travelworld Group (now Helloworld) and Millennium Hotels and Resorts.

Portia Brown and Michelle Papas will support Chris’s sales and marketing activities overseeing operations and brand strategy respectively.
